No. The bijuu frs he used on kaguya. It caused the individual beasts to come out.
Much like when he stabbed obito With iso susanoo sasuke.
They reacted to his chakras and the beasts came out.

2 years of training and the fact he still has Rikudo's Chakra along with Full Kurama means that this Naruto is FAR stronger than the BSM Naruto we saw in the manga. He'd punk Obito.

-Gudo Dama are busted via Bijuu Dama. Chou FRS in Scenario 2.

-Tree is chopped up by Chou Oodama FRS, which is also a homing technique now, and is much stronger than it was when KCM/BM Naruto used it in the manga.

-Obito isn't blitzing Naruto or shitting on him in CQC. Not when he kept up with Toneri in his Tenseigan Chakra Mode. Not when BSM Naruto in the manga was capable of tracking his speed. This BSM Naruto has 2 years of training, (Look what 2 years did to Sasuke's Chidori) the other half of Kurama (2x boost in overall power and stats) and he has half of Hagoromo's chakra, which overall makes his Ninjutsu more powerful than usual.

-Then there's the fact that he can overpower Toneri's sword attack by focusing his BSM transformation to his hand.
