The rikudou not only sealed the juubi final form in him but also controlled it. I hope you're not trying to put juubito in this level. Now, if we're talking about the rikudou pre-juubi, and if we assume that so6p>/=full juubi, then the current juubito still loses, it's not so stronger than it was before, just focusing power, but the power is almost the same. If juubito reaches it's final form, maybe he would be on the same level of the rikudou pre juubi, but that's where it stops.
So, in none of the cases, juubito>so6p.

So where are you getting your stats from? Like you said, the Sage defeated the Juubi. We don't know the full extent of how it happened or how strong the Sage is. He could of fodderized the Juubi or had a hard time with it. Your thread is pretty stupid
