All I can say is that Juubito's staff is IDENTICAL to the Sage's, while Juudara's has a different shape and form. He may have the coat, but that's only clothing, while the staff it's an actual weapon.

Juubito's staff has the sun.
Juudara's has the moon.
Therefore

Juubito's staff > Juudara's staff
Juudara's clothing > Juubito's clothing.
STILL
Weapons > Clothing
And since
Juubito's Weapons > Muubito's weapons
Juubito > Muubito

Harogomo has both madara n obitos staff he has both of them combined. The reason obito n madara only have one end of it is because obito had only one rinnegan in the left eye. And madara has his in the right eye. If they had both eyes the staff will then change . U must be tired if you never noticed harogomo staff which is both madara n obito combined goto bed man.

And I still don't see how you didn't acknowledge Madara having a more complete Juubi than Obito. That alone dictates that Madara is the superior jinchuriki.

No, they said Ying and Yang are equal, not the Moon and the Sun. In fact, that was an important topic in Naruto part 1 and it was proven that the Sun was more powerful (re-read part 1). Anyway, that's not what's important right now, to answer your second point; Madara is actually missing a huge deal of Bijuus because they're inside of Naruto. Juubito was only missing 2 Bijuus, but Juudara is missing like 30% - 40% of each, which is a lot more energy missing from Juudara than the 2 Bijuus that Juubito was missing.

He still has more than Obito had. Obito only had a fraction of the Hachibi's power from the tentacle and Kurama's power form Gin and Kin.

Current Madara has about 40% Kurama and 90% Hachibi.

In the manga, Moon represents Yin and Sun represents Yang

But I wasn't referring to that. Based on Hagoromo's story, the duel between Indra and Ashura ended in a tie.

Also Naruto himself stated that he wouldn't have been able to defeat Sasuke even though he manged to defeat Pain, and before that he told Sasuke that if they fought they would surely both die. It's balance.

Sun is not greater than Moon, nor is Moon greater than Sun. Night and Day are two sides of one coin.

It hasn't been confirmed that son > moon, as that would mean that Naruto/Ashura is/was stronger than Sasuke/Indra.

No, he isn't. He's missing about 30% of chakra from each Bijuu (since they're inside Naruto). Juubito was missing 2 Tailed Beasts making them about equal, and if logic is applied, Juubito is stronger than Juudara.
