Reason Y he say "might" is because he don't know what's obito gonna do..And remember that obito isn't really obito.. If madara was lucky, obito just leave him alone.. But if it's isn't his lucky day.. Juubito will stop him..

It's true that Juubito is a little bit stronger than Madara but if he can't seal him who the hell cares?
Right now Madara is immortal and he has a trump card which means that Madara predicts everything and anything so he is always 1 step ahead of his opponents.
So how does Juubito defeats Madara? I'll help you- he simply can't do anything to him. Madara still > Juubito. Lol
