On the contrary, Obito is the only one to get over that. Kaguya is technically the juubi, so madara failed epically there, and Kaguya just turned into the juubi, so she fails. Only Obito regained controll of himself.

Technically he is since it took Naruto and sasuke + the entire alliance to separate the bijuu from him, which was the only thing that could phase him. furthermore, jubito has insane durability, anyone thinking sasuke could win by decapitation is kidding themselves.

Right here is proof that juubito has insane durability. sasuke's sword will not be doing the trick when he's ok with half his body missing. Sasuke simply has nothing in his arsenal that can hurt juubito, and juubito has onmyoudon

Madara died from the chakra overload that went down when Black Zetsu used his body to start Kaguya's resurrection. Neither JJ Madara's health or mental faculties were in any dangeat any point before then. Obito produced the Shinju from inside his body, he didn't assimilate its power. There's a world of difference.

The Shinju had 0 Power after Obito fell, or IT would have been cast anyway just to spite the shinobi alliance. I'm saying it had Kaguya inside it because REASONS, and JJ Madara did start hearing voices in his head telling him to kill the world after he absorbed the shinju, so that's definately Mental Faculties in danger.
