could the Juubi's head be based on the phrase "hear no evil see no evil speak no evil" ?
just saying...
though I'm not sure how it is tied to the Daidarabotchi the supposed loose base for the Juubi...

No because he has one eye, one ear, a slot for nostrils, and a mouth, obviously he could see, now he can hear, and were not sure if he can speak. If he had no eyes, no ears, and no mouth, I could see that, but he has one of each of these.

There is NO standart depiction of Deidarabocchi, Kishi can let it look whatever way he wants to.
