It's already been proven that the juubi has another transformation left to go according to chapter 614 my theory is that it will have the body of of the juubi seen with the so6p the head of the gedo mazo. The transformation might take place in the next 8 chapters or less.:shrug:

It will look a lot like Perfect Susano'o. A humane form and as the so6p divided his powers into his two sons the Uchiha ones were given the "empty shell" of the Juubi.

the face is slowly morphing into shape , the eye will be the center of the face in the next form with two ears on the side

True about second form was just ridiculous stupid. Let's just hope that 3rd form is the same as the picture we find with Rikudou Sennin and Juubi. So far it has just been so stupid with his forms...

The first one made me facepalm...
The second one made me cry because how stupid it looked like lol.
The Third... Well let's just hope that it will look like the pictures we have seen Juubi with Rikudou Sennin.
