If you look closely in the this picture, you will see that the juubi has 12 tomes,

You must be registered for see images

But it only has 6 with its current incarnation i believe that the juubi which was sealed in Hagoromo's brother possess the other 6 tomes.
So it might cause a problem with for the eye of the moon because the moon is always depicted with 9 tomes reflecting upon it.

BTW. This chapter tops it for me in excitation and awesomeness.
PS. How did Indra possess the PS which is a representative of EMS.

every circle has 3 tomes, look closely and you will see 4 lines and the 4th one has a tome, which logically indicated that there are 12 tomes.
