The eye and its prowess
The two eyes Rinnegan and sharingain aree quite lesser versions of the almight juubi eye and the juubi eye has the powers of the two eyes allow me to explain.
The rinnegan is the True demon eye or surveyor eye of demons as implied with the shared vision between users of the rinnegan the beast the rinnegan summon
Giant Drill-Beaked Bird
Giant Multi-Headed Dog
Giant Snake-Tailed Chameleon
Giant Panda
ETC.
All those being demons that share the vision of the holder of the eye the surveyor part of the eye.
Also the ten tails was a demon after all and quite the almighty one he could govern life and death or you may know this as Outer path which he used to govern life and death.
Another ablilty would be the push and pull of anything he desired the holder of the eye could attain whatever they wished and reject anything they wished.
The ability to steal souls are very demon like ability for the ten tails things of that nature catching and stealing chakra
The rinnegan was the overseer powers of the ten tails which is still a lesser part of the ten tails
Now to the other demonic more offensive hellish eye
The abilities is what i will focus on really
The simple looking in the eyes and causing illusions was an aspect of the fear the ten tails gave. I theorize this is what the ten tails would do in order to make thousands fall under his spell and steal their souls.
Ameteratsu The literal flames of hell that never burn from the the ten tails birthplace hell.
Izanagi and Izamani Making anything the ten tails soley desired out of thin air and also the ability to make people get trapped over and over again for all eternity a true hell a perfect spell/jutsu for a demon
The final one i shall link is susanoo ..... i have one thing for this It is probably a man made ablilty in order for those who gained the sharingan to try and become demons themselves
