Why is Kaguya's third eye, and also the juubi's eye, depicted as red in almost every color picture I see but Sasuke's eye seems to be purple like the rinnegan.

If you zoom in you can clearly see a hint of purple. It's definitely the same eye... Right? Is this b/c all color pictures of Kaguya or the juubi were fan made? Or was it just a mistake of Kishi? Help me out here

Also, for some reason, not sure at all, I thought about the Uzumaki village when I saw this

Could it be that Madara took out the Uzumaki? I've seen threads on theories suggesting it but I can't think of a logical reason or motive as to why he'd do it.
I guess I'm making this assumption b/c the Uzumaki were a feared village and I feel only one of there own would have been able to take them all out (like Itachi & Obito w/ the Uchiha clan). CT and that other jutsu where he makes meteors fall from the sky, could have been used to destroy the village. It would explain why it's in complete ruins but then again that could be due to time or a number of other things. I'm just spit-balling here. I'm literally just typing as I think about it.
Moving on, like I said earlier I can't think of a motive or reason he'd destroy the village but he was obviously aware of their strength as he gave Nagato his eyes, aware that he'd be able to control and handle the power of the rinnegan.
ONCE AGAIN, this is 100% speculation. I barely find it plausible myself. Just thought I'd share some of my thoughts with you all. Don't let this distract you from the first question either because I see the smart a** losers going straight toward this theory or whatever you wanna call it.

So yeah, just let me know what you guys think.

Which is what I thought. But why is the juubi's eye red in the anime?
During the opening of the recent fillers it clearly shows the eye as red.

it's because Madara stated it's a rinnegan. and these are purple.

So you're saying Sasuke's eye is just a rinnegan?
Rinnegan don't have tomoe. Why have it resemble the juubi's/kaguya's if it isn't the same.

I know it's not a simple rinnegan... Of course it is a juubi eye and should be red. but madara stated that it is a rinnegan. it's just a mangafact and you can't deny that. We will have to see the anime or wait for an explanation. there is still a big theory behind kaguya, juubi, tree and this eye
