Juubi's doujutsu

It was revealed that the infinite tsukuyomi would be cast by using the juubi's eye being reflected on the moons surface.

Now here are some questions

1. can the juubi cast any type of genjutsu or can it only cast tsukuyomi?
2. why didn't juubi cast any genjutsu when it was freed by naruto and lee from madara and obito's control?
3. can the juubi use other sharingan and rinnegan abilities?

It's only been shown to use whatever the controller commands it to.

lol who knows?. .as far as we know juubi is just a pool of chakra, it cant use it's own chakra better than it's jinchuriki . .so i dont think juubi knows such thing. .

From what I've seen it used mokuton to kill most of the shinobi alliance and it is said to use tsukyomi.
