There's honestly not a whole lot I can see managing to defeat the Juubi. But one of the ways I can theorize is with an attack of such magnitude that it grinds it down into absolutely nothing, chakra and all.
Naruto's just that type of manga where it comes down to who can throw the biggest, most destructive attack.
Anyway, I'm predicting it to be done with a Rasengan. Let's call it Saigo Rasengan (Final Spiralling Sphere) for now. I believe that one way for them to defeat the Juubi is that Naruto and Kurama will get the other half of Kurama's chakra from Minato and then together, Naruto and Kurama pool their chakra together and use every final piece to mold it into a completely massive Rasengan, like one bigger than the entire Leaf Village. And then with it, Naruto and Kurama would use it to grind the Juubi's body down into nothing but chakra. Unluckily it would still reform and probably soon, but the chakra of the Rasengan will trap the chakra of the Juubi inside it and because the basic aspect of the Rasengan is every single part of it grinds and rotates in different directions, the chakra of the Juubi would then be ground down into nothing aswell until it simply ceased to exist.
Ofcourse, this is my Naruto death prediction, because using up every piece of chakra he and Kurama had in one last attack would kill them. But, I think it would suit both of their character's to a 'T'. Going out in one final, massive blaze of glory and taking down what is basically a primordial god along with them.
Not any proof to it thus far, my only backup for this at all is the description of how the Rasengan works. So, no while this isn't probably a legit prediction because there is very little evidence to suggest such is true. I believe it may be one way that Naruto and Kurama could possibly defeat the Juubi.
