Why the juubi jinchuuriki never uses sharingan or rinnegan techniques? Obito didn't use kamui. Both obito and madara didn't use the rinnegan while as a jinchuuriki.

Obito couldn't use Kamui because the Juubi can't travel through dimensions. As for the rinnegan, I don't know.
