Madara is a Human form of the Juubi, plus he achieved The Rinnegan(surpassing Hashirama) Uchiha+Senju are the physical manifestations of the Juubis chakra, they are related to the bijuu & can perfectly tame the Bijuu


Hashirama can control with Mokuton(Juubi) Madara chastised Kurama then effortlessly tamed him(Sharingan is from the Juubi)
