Yeah I retracted my earlier comment after reading the manga facts and I agree you're right and that wasn't even a perfect juubi form

they are the same thing lol. if all nine bijuus combined they could replicate that explosion. makes no sense for 9 pieces of a whole to be weaker than the whole.
