Yes. We have discussed this subject the whole day. 98% of the base believes Juubi has taken over, at least controls the body while Obito might be struggling to take over. But he fails.

I don't think so TBH, I think people may be jumping the gun a bit. He looks like he is in a partial jinchuriki transformation not a full one. If the juubi truly had taken over then the seal would have broken and the juubi would take its original form.

Two chapters ago people thought that madara had taken over Obito so honestly I don't assume anything till Kishi explains it.

It might be too soon to say so. I think Obito wasn't forgetting his name, I think he was gonna continue to say that he is no longer "Obito" and he's transcended to something of a God nature. I thought he was about to bragging about how powerful his new form felt but the Hokages interrupted him.
It's possible that the power of the Juubi is oveewhelming him to the point where he can't remember his name, both are possibilities that we are unsure of

This is exactly what I believe too. Obito will probably come to surface at some point. Now Juubito fights like a savage beast so his fighting style will change also. At least that's what I believe.
