Except for the difference in power between the Juubi's TBB and the Ninetails... in fact that looked like the Juubi's biggest yet.

In all fairness, we don't actually know for certain if it was Minato that made the bomb vanish.
I say this because one of the shinobi said "it vanished". But in the page that was posted by the op, other people clearly saw the space/time barrier.
Maybe the dust cloud concealed it, or maybe something else happened to it. Madara was talking about doing something himself.
