You clearly don't understand what infinite means, if the juubi can absorb an infinite amount of power it would have an infinite amount of power the moment the absorption begins if it doesn't than it can't absorb an infinite amount of power due to the power absorbed being quantifiable. As anything whose quantity can be conceived is quantifiable

The juubi doesn't have infinite power given by its need to continuously absorb more power to strengthen itself. Nothing can be greater than infinity, once you have reached it there is nothing further, nothing beyond it.
