The only threat is 8th Gated Gai. But I don't see how he can kill the Jubi, it has by far the greatest durability in the manga (Far better durability feats then even the Jubi Jinchuriki themselvs). And even if Gai somehow managed to beat it, there is still Madara (Edo Version I presume?) and Obito (Who could become the Jubi Jinchuriki at any time).
