Juubi jins and eyes

Hey guys.

I'm here to discuss about the usage of sharingan and rinnegan by the jinchurikis of the juubi: Obito and Madara.

Obito once said that, by becoming the jinchuriki of the juubi, he would boost his eyes to the ultimate level. However, after becoming the juubi jin, he used absolutely no doujutsu at all.
I would mention that he didn't use the powers of the rinnegan, but he wasn't using these powers before becoming the jin, so let's forget that by now.

Obito, while being the juubi jin, still had his sharingan activated. However, he didn't use it all. For some reason, he was unable to travel to the other dimmension. Not only that, but he didn't use kamui for any other thing. Not even the movement prediction of the sharingan he used, or so it seemed.

Now, madara: We saw that madara, though without one of his rinnegan, was still able to use susanoo and a rinnegan tech(limbo rengoku).
However, after becoming the jinchuriki of the juubi, he didn't use anything. None of his sharingan abilities, none of his rinnegan abilities. Actually, he used none of his abilities he used as VoTE madara/alive madara/edo madara.

For some reason, though, he still wants his other rinnegan.

My question/discussion is: Does becoming the juubi jin remove or limit the abilities of a shinobi? Does becoming thejin makes one unable to use his doujutsu abilities?
If yes, what do you think that would make a reasonable explanation?
If no, why do you think neither madara nor obito used their abilities(so far)?

Obito would have been too OP if he could use kamui as the juubi's jinchuriki. Madara would have also been OP. Imagine how big his PS would have been.

this has been discussed a few times. i don't think it inherently disables all dojutsu abilities, most likely just s/t jutsu. i think what is happening is although they can use the power of the juubi, it limits their abilities because they are still forcefully using it's power. But then again is you look at the spoilers for Tuesdays chapter, madara is going to use the limbo tech. so most likely the more you gain mastery over the juubi, the better you can use your other abilities. it could also be kishi's attempt to make a juubi jin more beatable.

Well the eye that's going to cast IT is the Juubi's.

I guess it's possible Obito couldn't use his Kamui because his own Omnyoudon was nullifying it.

Or that being Juubi Jin will restrict any power that isn't directly coming from the Juubi.

In the spoiler Madara is about to use Rinbo Hengoku and he even thought of using it against Obito when facing him and Kakashi so it doesn't seem like Madara's usage was limited in the slightest. TBH, it is probably just Kishi PNJ.

It think most of their power is consumed in casting the Moon Eye. Im not sure if Hagoromo used ninjutusu. If so rikudou mode would be limited if the other eye is necessary for yin yang tech. It may be a thing like they have lots of power but can only use a fraction of it. Obito's betrayal really threw a monkey wrench in his plans.

Madara is going to use limbo hengoku if u read the translations for the latest spoiler. Idk why he cant use sharingan but MT seemingly requires the user to have tsukuyomi..

They could use thier doujutsu, they chose not to because nothing compares to the Juubi's power.

Obito couldn't use Kamui because he couldn't send the Juubi through the dimension, it's too massive, too strong to be able to travel through dimensions. That's why he didn't use kamui. He can still use the sharingan as he needs to use tsuykuomi to cast Mugen tsukuyomi. Same goes for the rinnegan.

maybe he needs both eyes to open up his full power

It limited Obito's ability to use Kamui, he stated himself that he couldn't use Kamui with the Juubi inside of him. And it seems he was never able to unlock any Rinnegan techs except for the black rod creation and the Six Paths jutsu
