Juubi Jinchuuriki is stronger and more intelligent than Adult Sasuke.
SHARINGAN.
Madara and Sasuke's sharingan are almost equal. Madara has a rinnesharingan and Sasuke does too. But they can both achieve the same things such as putting bijuus under mind control, genjutsu, and other things. But Madara can do something Sasuke can't do. He can use Susaoo without eyes. Sasuke on the otherhand need his eyes just to use them.
Madara's Susanoo is stronger than Sasuke's Susanoo by a longshot. Look at this size difference.
Durability: Adult Sasuke is very durable. He was able to tank getting uppercutted into a cliff side by Naruto. And he also tanked Kinshiki smashes him through boulders. And he tanked Momoshiki knocking him backwards. But Madara has proven he's more durable on several occasions.
Rinnegan
Madara is naturally superior with his three rinnegan. Yes I said it, 2 rinnegan and 1 super strong rinnesharingan. We all know the more rinnegan the user has the stronger they become. That's why Kishimoto has to kill Madara after he gained the third one because he was simply too powerful. And he said in an interview that he had no idea how to kill Madara.
3 rinnegan>1 rinnegan
And Madara has limbo. Sasuke only has chakra absorbtion, chibaku tensei, and ameno. He has never displayed the other rinnegan techniques so they are not canon. Just like madara never uses amaterasu.

Creating meteorites and destroying entire ninja armies
Power:
Madara is stronger in terms of pure power. He can create multiple chibaku tenseis at once. He also has wood style which allows him to use the buddha jutsu. And his susanoo is stronger than sasukes by a long. Sasuke doesn't have much power other than his susanoo. Madara can also summon huge extinction level meteorites to finish his opponents off no matter the range. And he can use susanoo on his clones. Plus he has the limbo.
