Juubi Jin Madara is the fastest shinobi now. Even before he was a Jin, he could dodge Tobirama's Hiraishingiri due to his Sage Mode. Juubi Jin Obito speedblitzed the first 2 hokages and fodderized them by cutting them in half. Now, that he's the almost perfect(Yin Kurama missing) Juubi Jin, his speed would just skyrocket, also given that he has Sage Mode sensing, due to which he can avoid attacks easily.

I agree....though I disagree it was due to SM he dodged Tobirama. I believe it was sheer skill and reaction...he's done it before dodged something without looking. That's just me.....it could have been SM, but I believe it was pure reaction. I agree Madara is the fastest Shinobi alive...I believe he could probably catch Minato in the space that he travels through before he comes out. Like how cooler did to Goku. XD

minato is still the fastest . no one can beat minato in contest of speed and flexibility.

S/T is instant so no comparision in speed. Minato hold his own against jubito which is nearly equivalent to madurito in term of speed and reaction . so Minato will still outclass madara in those matters.

Madara is not that OP, he is gonna loose a lot of his powers due to becoming a Juubi Jin. He still doesnt know that. The good guys would capitalise on that to defeat him.

For speed, yes, he is fast, maybe the fastest but I think it is on par with Bijuu Minato
