Juubi Jin Naruto VS Rinne-Sharingan Sasuke

Naruto absorbs all Tailed Beasts and beacomes the Jubbi Jin and decides to fight Sasuke.
Sasuke travels through dimensions until he finds a new Divine Tree and absorbs its chakra, thus his Rinnegan evolves into a Rinne-Sharingan, then comes back to face Naruto. He is rested and he fully recovers the chakra he lost while traveling through dimensions.

Conditions:
Both IC
Naruto won't awaken any dojutsu, he simply has his Six Paths Senjutsu alongside the power of the Juubi

The powerful chakra that Sasuke absorbed in order to awaken the Rinne-Sharingan massively boosts his stats so he can keep up with Naruto in strength, speed and any other physical stats

Naruto can transform into a complete Juubi Avatar Mode, just like he did with Kurama.

Sasuke's new chakra further enchants his Perfect Susano'o, thus it becomes as big as the Juubi, and its stats (strength, durability etc.) are also further enchanted

Sasuke additionally awakens the same dimension traveling jutsu as Kaguya's

Sasuke has once again access to Indra no Ya

They fight to win

Win by any means

They don't necessarily try to kill eachother, but won't hesitate to do so either if it beacomes the only mean to achieve victory

The fight takes place at VoTE

Sasuke’s eye isn’t evolving anymore so that part of the OP is absolutely preposterous, I’m just going to ignore the other crazy things that absolutely ruin this discussion.

To answer your question though, Naruto negs if Sasuke doesn’t use the Six Paths of the Rinnegan, genjutsu and/or if he uses Ameno ignorantly. The ability to gather Nature Energy continually is the key to victory against an ignorant Sasuke, because Sasuke will just run out of chakra since he isn’t a Jinchuriki, while Naruto has bottomless chakra and the ability to gather Nature Energy.

Sasuke also has to use Susano’o to fly, so whatever dimension Sasuke takes them to, Naruto can easily navigate it save for the gravity dimension which would also affect Sasuke.

Sasuke also gather chakra from across dimensions, since Sasuke never casted IT on an alien species, so if he uses Kaguya’s Ameno to transport them across worlds, a huge portion of his chakra is wasted and it isn’t going to recover.

There are definitely more ways that Sasuke can win but it’s literally that simple.
