So. what i think that how the Juubi is gonne reach its final form..is that he absorbs Naruto and as well Killa B's Chakra..so that he not has to have the Bjuu's inside him. 
- people are saying that because of this storm
-and other thing is that Kakashi Can win of Obito cauze.
1#. Obito Can't use any Ability with his Intangible in that Dimension..only Mokuton or Rinnegan.
2#. and other point i think is that there cant be use any Technique's/Justu (only healing cauze of Karin) in that dimension. that why i think Kakashi not killed him with Raikiri Etc
