Juubi doesn't enhance dojutsu

Did the Juubi enhance Hagoromo's, or Madara's, or Obito's dojutsu? no

Juubi only gives you Six Paths Senjutsu, a huge chakra amount, and Rinne Sharingan if you have two Rinnegan

No it doesn't because logically one shouldn't even have access to its power without first perfecting their sharrigan. Meaning they should already possess a dual rinnegan. Though it does enhanced Hashirama's senju recovery jutsu into regeneration.

Therefore, being the Juubi Jin makes your dojutsu more powerful. Even a small portion of the Kyuubi's chakra enhanced Kakashi's MS three-fold.

Just because it didn't increase the way u wanted doesn't mean it was unaffected. A single rinnegan can only cast one Limbo and it does this by reflecting your power to create limbo. U can't create a Juubi Jinchuuriki Limbo without being a Juubi Jinchuuriki

What u r looking for is an increase in functionality :| That doesn't happen. Techniques used by the eyes just get stronger. The eyes themselves still function the same, which is y Maddy couldn't use path techniques till he got the other eye
