Juubi doesn't Empower Eyes

Becoming the Juubi's Jinchuuriki does not empower your eyes. It only grants you that third Rinnegan. I will explain this thoroughly. Remember when Madara had one Rinnegan? He wasn't not a jinchuuriki yet at the time. Now let's go straight to the topic. Madara with one Rinnegan was only able to create one Limbo. Juubi Jinchuuriki Madara with one eye was also able to make only one Limbo. This amount did not increase until he acquired his other eye from Obito. With that being said, the Juubi does not empower your eyes. Here are some scans:

If the Juubi empowers eyes, Obito would've been able to destroy Naruto and Sasuke long ago.

And just because the eyes are empowered, doesn't necessarily mean it's so much that Obito would have been "destroy" Naruto and Sasuke.

I say the Juubi just gives you its power, no eye power. The third Rinnegan can only be opened by the successors, Madara, Sasuke or Indra, hence Obito couldn't open the eye... That's my take on it.

2. Nature Chakra

It the juubi gave Madara the sharingan to use with his rinnegan, for Infinte Tsukyomi.

When Kakashi noted that the rikudou chakra powered up the eyes, it was just Obito pouring his chakra/Kumai into Kakashi.

Obito still had sage chakra when controlling Kakashi's body, he notice the jump in power of Kumai in comparison to the kyuubi cloak that also increased kakashi's use for Kumai.

Although you are right when you judge with number of limbo clones aka quanity if Juubi had something to do with eye powers.

However it could be easily quality power up/boost So Limbo clone would be more durable and stronger overall, also lasting longer. Rinnegan is mere manifestion of Rikudou chakra reflected in change of eyes. Now if Juubi pump into you even more chakra then most likely Limbo would be stronger also If Limbo clone can use all original's moves then it is only logical to state that as Juubi Jinchurki limbo clones have also greater variety of ability.

You used a false example. Madara has Rikudou's Chakra via Rinnegan, and Rikudou's Chakra have the same proprieties as Juubi's Chakra. That's why his Rinnegan didn't power-up. In case of Sasuke, he was able to subdue 9 Bijuu in Genjutsu via Rinnegan, which was given by Hagoromo. Same as Kakashi. So yes, Juubi empowers the one's Doujutsu powers.​
