Juubi bijuu cloak

Has anyone else noticed that madaras appearance is due to a bijuu cloak as you can see the flicker in his arms. it might be like narutos bijuu cloak where it can extinguish.
However the jubbis chakra is immense so it will not run out for a long time

its more "body alternated" than bm.that seal he's using is making him look like that, ok here's a little theory. if naruto(just saying) seals the juubi within himself, naruto's JM(Juubi mode) would look like flickering chakra just like bm. madara's current form is more "body based" than chakra based which the torii seal is.
