[Discussion] Juubi and the tree confusion

From the near beginning , it was said that the Juubi and the holy tree were the same being. But now, this chapter just confused me even more.

So not only has Madara got the Juubi inside of him, but the shinju tree as well. How can he have both of these things inside of him as separate objects, when they're both essentially the same thing?

The juubi is just an incarnation of the shinju.... Basically an offshoot. Madara absorbed the actual god tree not some incarnation juubi to had....
