Why is the Space Time Jutsu only subject to moving fast? When I first read the manga about Space Time Jutsu, I was curious of why it couldnt go back in time or in the future. I always thought that name is incorrectly given since all it is, just moving fast.

Is there any other jutsu missed named? and What do you think is the strongest jutsu?

The strongest jutsu is Naruto's TNJ but seriously i always liked Raikiri even though its not the strongest. Kumui is the best jutsu. It can help with all purposes really. Defense, fast attacks, pretty much can't be stopped unless you have kumui yourself.

Not sure. But I think the strongest (my opinion) is Edo Tensei. Bringing back immortal, unlimited chakra guys back to life to fight is pretty strong. =D Obito's kamui is also up there as well.
