1. Momoshiki countered that one, so did Kaguya. Naruto also reacted to it.
2. Izanagi is only useful against those who can't sense, or see chakra. Plus it's weakens the user.
3. Won't work against good guys like Naruto, or those that are pure evil. Just people that are fake, like Kabuto.
4. Mifune broke out of it. Perfect Jinchuurikis would also have their Bijuus to help. Plus it's only listed as being powerful because the victim doesn't know they're in a Genjutsu. Can be broken just as easily as a normal Genjutsu. Plus then you have a 10 year gap, were you definitely know it can be used.
4. Momoshiki or other more powerful Otsutsukis could probably absorb it. Other then that, don't see anyone countering it.

Kamui doesnt counter Kamui lol. To counter it you'd have to stop Kaguya from instantly dragging you into another dimension. Kamui not fast enough considering its slower than a TSO.
