Some jutsus Naruto should get before he's story is over.
Some jutsus I'd like to see Naruto gain by the end are:

1) ST/TP
2) Ice Release
3) Wind Release/Blizzard
4) Wind Armor
5) A giant Wolf Summon aka Sif XD

As for some changes in appearance; I'd love Naruto to get:
1) A bit taller
2) Blonde ponytail
3) New outfit
4) pearl earring =D

Saying Uzumaki seasling techniques is very broad and general. I don't think he needs any sealing techniques, they're just not cool for a main character and a blonde one at that XD
