Pretty sure it's Rasengan, the Rasengan from base Naruto did a lot more than the chidori from base Sasuke in part 1. That's about all I can give you, not sure how it is currently tbh xd

well i depends on what u mean by stronger...the chidori is a knive cuuting through everything while the rasengan is more destructible...however we've never seen some1 die from a normal rasengan they were equal whenever they clashed but i would say chidori is slightly better because its deadlier

It would be a draw as some have already stated.

This has already been shown in the manga. Twice. Once during their fight at V.O.T.E when Sasuke fell from the waterfall, and the second time after Sasuke fought Danzo.

I'd like to say it'd be a draw as for example when they clashed as it has been shown before but I could be wrong.
