one question. how can someone practice a jutsu that they die from using it

i believe the hand signs are just practiced or they dont use blood usually jutsu that kill the user involve the users blood

that takes genius minds... u have to read the seals involved, understand what is going on,have vast knowledge on the mechanism of ninjutsu, have excellent chakra control and rest is up to luck( i guess)... thats why only Kage level ninja seem to have any success in these kind to ninjutsu
