Jutsu List that never reach Full potentail

Since the Manga is coming to an end. I want see the Bases opinion of OP Jutsu's that never developed. I'll start with my top three.

1. Ino - Mind-control. This is probably the most OP Power in the NV. That never got off the ground. Honestly I believe if Ino was a male Kishi would have explored it more.

2. Shikamaru - Shadow Tech's. With Shikamaru's intellect why hasn't he come up with more usage of his Shadow Jutsu's? I imagine he could be as deadly as Pride in FMA.

3. Obito - Sword of creation. Got Negdiff by Naruto/Sasuke

4. Frog-Fu

5. (Dragon)Snake Sage Mode

So what's your list..Mind you this is in no particular order.

Amaterasu. It developed but wasn't actually that much of a threat, like it was meant to be.

Frog-Fu, Guess Kishi forgot about it.

 

[Umari Senju]

Frog/Snake Sage Mode. i wanted these to be further developed but never really happened.

Byakugan/Jyuuken. Got left in the dust after Part I
