Assumption. Juubi laser being absorbed would slow it down. Regular unabsorbed Juubilaser would explode soon enough. We have already seen the large the chakra being used the longer it takes. This could take several hours. You think user will look mindfuccked for several hours?

Senjutsu isn't a counter to Preta Path unless the Rinnegan user has little to no chakra compared to the Senjutsu User. The only reason the preta path got turned to stone is that he tried to constantly absorb Nature Energy with no training.

Exactly, if the rinnegan user doesn't know senjutsu then he/she will always turn into stone regardless.
