Nope, the Rinnagen has nothing to do with Wood Style at all, it's just Hashi's/Senju DNA that can grant you the Mokuton abilities :y

Actually if you think carefully, Nagato has Hashi DNA. Where does this "DNA" comes from? From the Rinnegan.

In order to awaken the Riinegan, Madara obtained Hashi's DNA. So in a way, the Rinnegan eyes contains some form of Hashi DNA.
