Sasuke states that it's impossible to maintain Susanoo because of this jutsu, probably because of the vibrations that this jutsu creates:

So do you think it can stop Madara from using Perfect Susanoo as well? What's your opinion about it?

If it reaches madara The same will happen will happen to him what happened to Itachi/sasuke. I'm sure perfect susanoo is Just as hard, if not harder to maintain (because of it's sheer size and chakra)

Madara stabalized his susanoo, so it might not be affected... have ever seen sasuske or itachi stabalize their susanoo

Kabuto's jutsu had an advantage. Done inside a cave.
His enemy had little possibility to react (smart move of Kabuto hiding inside a cave).
Outside, only the flashlight could be a problem. Perfect Susanoo is to damn big.
Sound is slower than light, and Madara has a possibility to react (slight one).
I mean, susanoo's sword was able to cut mountains miles away in a blink of eyes. That's faster than sound.
And don't forget Rinnengan. Madara hasn't used so much of Rinnengan technique, and he alwasy has show (until now) to posses
somthing more (look what he did only with Mokuton and Sharingan).
