I dont consider this a major plothole because it doesnt involve any major character but it does involve one of the most overpowered characters of the justice league unlimited universe, i am talking about the android who assimilated the abilites of everyone.
The mistake consists that when he fought a salomon grandi who was revived through magic, he said he couldnt fight him since magic was his weakness but if i remeber well he assimilated the abilities of hawkgirl´s maze which disrupts magic so having assimilated hawkgirl´s maze abilitie he should be able to disrupt magic and defeat easily salomon grandi.

The mace is made of a certain metal that disrupts magic, there is nothing that shows the android was able to duplicate the actual metal the mace used.
