His art isn't going to improve. If anyone is aware, he's done some promotional pics during Naruto anniversaries as early as the 5th anniversary depicting Naruto/Jiriaya, and his art still looks the same today as it did back then. So it isn't a matter of bad skill but bad taste.

This guy is a creepy af. It seems like he is sexualising only preteen girls, while adult women look not so bad (4th Tsuchikage for example), which is really disturbing and just screams: "Pedo!".

Seeing how he draws his own characters, his style would be perfect for some horror or gore manga, but no for a shounen dedicated to young readers.
