Althiugh tbh some of the stats are stupid. Like negotiating :lol

"交渉力" can also be interpreted as bargaining power. Things along the line of "hand me the scroll and we'll retreat", or the Biju bargaining that went on in the first Summit. "敏捷" can also refer to the trait of being shrewd or smart.

The terminology is silly because unlike the original stat system, they try to be all-encompassing but just end up being vague. Should have stuck to the simple and clear old terms.

I would relate it to shurikenjutsu, taijutsu, swordsmanship, or something using hands and related to speed or agility.

I never really understood why people were saying dexterity = speed. In that case, they should've written speed instead of dexterity.

It's definitely skill. Being skilled at something physical in the NV would obviously mean you can do it faster / more naturally but in real life being dextrous =/= speed. The neurosurgeon isn't going to do his patient in record speed just because he has dextrous ass hands haha

The best examples of dextrous feats would be Bee's 8 Sword Style and Sarada/Sasuke with their shuriken spinning.

Bee definitely has the most dexterity dude using swords in every joint area

I've only ever heard it being used for the hands nothing else

I've heard of mental dexterity as well which is usually used to describe someone good at solving puzzles, like Shikamaru.
