I got there right when it was removed but in reply to someone saying "retards" (people born with mental disabilities) shouldn't be able to breed. Here is what I believe. I see your point but anyone can have children born with a mental disability. So by not allowing people with disabilities to breed you still won't stop the reproduction of children born with mental disabilities. This alone sort of makes your point invalid since we have no means for identifying kids that will be born with a mental disability. Also most people with down syndrome are infertile so the problem doesn't arise and people born with mental disabilities can have normal kids, sure they'll be carrying the genes to pass it on to their kids but you should know that depending on who they mate with and which genes are dominant and recessive, this could have little to no effect for how their children will turn out.
