They were equals at the end, but in gaiden that changed.

Naruto is rusty and sasuke has gotten better. If someone can't figure out the basic logic in that, then they aren't even worth arguing with. It's not even debateable at this point. Kurama clearly pointed out how much slower he is now, and how poor his reaction was. But sasuke showed us that he's been training the entire time.

This is gaidem though. I haven't seen the new movie, and things might've changed at that point.

I don't know how your response is actually relevant or counters my post, but the fact of the matter is Naruto's footspeed > Sasuke's footspeed (all accessible power included)

Without Bijuu power, Sasuke > Naruto in everything, not just speed. Of course, I'm including Bijuu power for Naruto because that is what makes Naruto equal to Sasuke and their comparison is perfectly reasonable.
