Himawari was born with her own chakra, not Kurama's or Naruto's or Hagaromo's.

No. Byakugan or Sharingan can manifest into Rinnegan with Hagaromo's chakra (senjutsu), so the same can be suggested for the manifestation of Tenseigan.

Hagoromo chakra's can't help awake the Tenseigan because he didn't inherit the Byakugan himself. It's the same way vice versa which is why Hagoromo and Hamura were two different guardians of Kaguya's powers. One with the Sharingan and the Rinnegan and the other with the Byakugan.

They cannot be combined as they have different evolutions so I stand by what I say.

First of all, Hagaromo was born with the Byakugan. Secondly, the reason why Hagaromo and Hamura's evolves into different dojutsu through the application of their Senjutsu is because their chakra isn't the same to begin with. Yes, Kaguya shared the same chakra with both her children. But chakra becomes increasingly different when as you age. Hagaromo and Hamura still have the same potency of their Mother's chakra, but completely different textures resulting in different dojutsu when mixed with Byakugan or Sharingan.


Besides, Hagaromo awakened Rinnegan from Byakugan and Madara awakened his from Sharingan. Hamura awakened his Tenseigan from Byakugan, so it is completely plausible that one can awaken Tenseigan if they have sharingan.

hagoramo's chakra can only be made created by either indra or ashura reincarnates so byakugan is out of this casue even momoshiki who is otsutsuki awakened purple rinnegan in his hands which already had red rinnegan and his byakugan remained byakugan before and after so the clause is partially wrong.

tenseigan is awawkened by taking hyuga's byakugan and planting in an otsutsuki or more clearly only an otsutsuki can awake a tenseigan.
