He said everything he did about Uchiha, was because they were a dangerous clan.

And that is true.

All three, four if you count Indra, were one of the most dangerous people from the same clan. Most other clans did not have even one Shinobi as dangerous as any named above.

Madara alone was a good reason to be careful.

The fact that every few generations a ghost called Indra possesses young Uchiha with his Chakra and makes him a credible threat against entire world is another proof.

The fact that their hatred after losing love increases their strength, means that the strongest Uchiha Shinobi will be the ones full of hatred.

And keep in mind that there are many strong Uchiha. Compare this number as well as strength to most of other clans.

Also, keep in mind that there were Uchiha who were immediate threat to Konoha while Hashirama, Hiruzen, Minato and Tsunade were leading the village. During the time Tobirama was leading a village, there were no such notable Uchiha Shinobi being immediate threat.

Who said he was sexist? It was not indicated by manga or fanbase.

He was noy supremacist but seeing people as threats right off the bat made them bigger threats. Just saying.

Yes I agree that the Uchiha Clan was strong under the leadership of Madara and needed to be exterminated to keep order since they run high on emotions. I also agree that the Uchiha Clan possessed the most deadly members but they seemed to get killed easily, either because of old age or Tobirama took a dump on them by spraying pesticides so their eyes would bleed. Tobirama wasn't racist nor Sexist, he was trying to keep the peace within his village.
