Hello fellow NarutoBase Homies.
I just thought I'd share a few things. This is hopefully helpful to a few people, both guys n gals.
1: Women: Did you know that most of you are Iodine deficient? Roughly 70% of you lack the correct levels. Iodine deficiency leads to an underactive metabolism which in turn causes a tendency to gain weight. If you are under 17 think a bit about where you can get a safe supplement or even eat some seaweed once in a while. Having it now will help set you for life
For those of you who are above 17/18, you can also just use a supplement everynow n then or eat things with seaweed or kelp.

2: Guys & Gals: For those of you who have started drinking, try and remember that it isn't just high in calories but it also ruins your metabolic rate. Your Liver is largely responsible for the correct breakdown of Macro-nutrients, Carbs, fats , proteins. You should only drink a little and if your gonna go for it. Keep it to roughly once a month/fortnight.

4: Guys: Having protein in your diet is good but if you go overboard you will develop high blood pressure and put a lot of strain on your digestive system. If you want protein, use a good protein shake. it's cheaper than steaks everyday and easier to digest and get the benefits from.
