JUST THE BEGINNING
CHAPTER 1: The Beginning of a new start
I sat on my chair, staring at my open window next to me, glancing through the open trees outside. I always thought of myself as an incompetent person, I have extreme anxiety, once I was asked to go out; I decided not to and literally stared at the wall for an hour. Apart from all this negativity I finally realize my goal and what my procession in life will be. I always wanted to go to places that I never dreamt of going, sounds kind of cohesive, but wouldn’t it be nice, I mean I am afraid of anxiety, but I’m always curious in what the world has to offer me. The world has many twist and turns, but in the end it all matters if you decide to actually be in it. So let’s get back to the point, so I was glancing through my window, trees were scattered everywhere, kind of seemed like a forest, but what intrigued me wasn’t just the open view of trees and cars, buildings, if you’re wondering I live in a small apartment block, so as I just mentioned, something caught my eye, I didn’t know what it was, but it looked like a spirit I remember from my dreams, you know? Those spirits that come late at night while you are asleep that take you to unimaginable places you’ve never seen, yeah those ones I don’t know if it’s me or I’m just that crazy. My life is a prolong journey, I have tons of obstacles ahead to face and be feared at, whether if it’s a good or a bad thing, I’m not going to stop without putting up a fight. I’ve decided to get out of this shitty-ass apartment and travel overseas where I always dreamt of travelling, a place where everything values the most utmost technology and creativity of individuals. Japan.
After the next morning, at 6:00 in the morning, the time I don’t usually wake up unless it’s an important occasion, I usually sleep in most of the time for apparent reasons but this time I don’t want to miss my flight to Japan. I organized my backpack and added some extra clothes just in case, I guess you can refer to me as a very “cautious person”. My backpack is finally organized, now to get something to eat!, it’s important to eat as much as you can in the mornings, considering it’s a 10 hour flight to Japan from Australia, I mean you don’t want to starve in middle of the flight do you? Well If this doesn’t occur to you, maybe to me it will, reasons because I don’t have snacks or anything to bring to the flight, in which in fact worries me, so I’ll eat as much as I can! Or maybe buy some snacks along the way. I went to the nearest restaurant that was closes to my apartment.
Finally set and I’m off to the airport. As I waited at the bus stop, it took quite a while for the bus to arrive, as I waited I sat on the bench, I read a book, if you’re wondering what book I was reading, it’s a book about the Japanese way of life, and it’s cultures that were first inherited by Japanese mythology, since I was so keen to learn about their traditions, I decided to read it. After long minutes of waiting, the bus finally arrived and I got on, as I got on, there was literally a broken window right next to the driver, I mean doesn’t he realize that something could fly in there, maybe a bird? I started to worry, and started to imagine if that bird coincidently flew into his face and caused him to react in such a certain way he could steer out of control?, who knows, like I said I’m a very “cautious person”, but at that moment in time I didn’t want to miss my flight, or wait for another 20 minutes for another bus to arrive so I payed my bus fees and requested the driver to take me to the nearest international airport.
CHAPTER 2: Waiting at the lobby
As I waited at the “Fly to Japan” airport lobby, there were about 150 passengers, I mean 150 passengers couldn’t fit in one plane, so there has to be at least 3.
I hope I don’t get transacted in a shitty as plane.
Waiting at the lobby was worse than waiting at the bus stop earlier before, at least I got some source of fresh air, but in here it felt like a pit, it was so congested and dust particles were travelling through my eyes. I constantly wiped my eyes, but it made it worse, but I couldn’t stand it! I felt like screaming to the transaction advisor “will you hurry the F*** up!” I mean I seriously wanted to, but I’m not that type of person, maybe if I was alone I would do it, but with everyone else in here, that would be a total embarrassment. As time goes by, we are all finally informed by the announcer that our lobby is ready to be transacted.
Finally! I said with the thought of anticipation.
CHAPTER 3: A long flight
First time I ever set foot inside an airplane, was nothing but pure excitement, the plane pilot assistant lead me to my designated chair at the far back corner, and well at least I get to sit next to the window so I can see the wonderful view below me. The worse thing that could happen to me now, is someone sitting next to me, like I said I have anxiety problems, but that’s beside the point, I’m trying to overcome that as soon possible.
“Is this my seat?” said the stranger.
“Yes” said the assistant advisor.
“I don’t like sitting far back, I feel overly uncomfortable”
“Well it’s the only chair left you can sit on, don’t you worry you’ll not be sitting there forever you know”
Does he hate me that Amuch? I mean that was what I was thinking when he didn’t offer to sit next to me, is it just me? Or does anyone have that problem; well I guess it’s normal for me to react in this type of way so I don’t get rejected by someone else. Well he did end up sitting next to me, which wasn’t a problem to me, maybe to him it was. I asked him what his name was, to break the tension between us two.
