As an animator My self.. I'd like to say good Direction but terrible execution. Quite frankly the background is shit and they don't even clearly meet the 25 frames per second required to be fluid motion wise much less the 30 to genuinely look good.

I have seen some fan animations which is actually good but I still like the true stuff.

I actually liked the directing style in that fan animation way more. Sure, the animation itself was a little rough at times compared to an actual, studio-produced episode, but the pacing and art in the fan animation did WAY more justice to the manga. The actual anime was a huge letdown; it didn't have any intensity, and was way too slow/bland to give Juubito's real entrance the majesty it deserves.

So I like this fan! You can tell he really loves the series and wants to see it done right; I second that.

i feel like the animation isn't as terrible as it could be for the anime. Yeah its pretty bad but I honestly feel a lot of what is making it worse is the bland color choices I have seen them using the past few weeks. I mean it feels like everything is bland and weak colors like I feel like there should be more excitement in the color choices and not just neutral weak ones...

however on topic i honestly bet either of those fan animations with the amount of money the studio used would make what the current anime has look like complete trash... honestly the video games animation looks better then the current anime studio..
