What do you mean as many power up? Naruto only has two outside sources just like current Sasuke.
Had Sasuke kept Oros power he'd have wayy more outside sources than Naruto.

Why are you counting techniques as a power up? I didn't count Naruto's Rasenshuirken now did i?
And naruto had way more given power ups. Even with Sasuke's limted power ups, he still earned most of them. Meanwhile, naruto had his hand out and Kishi kept giving.
