Actually I think it might have been downloaded off that Korean site afreecaTV which wikipedia says is a TV-rebroadcasting site and also where people can upload videos like youtube. It might have aired on TV in Korea recently but I can't see any tv channel watermarks on the image. Or the file could have come from a movie theater that uses digital and uploaded illegally to afreeca. Such files have a signature on them to track where pirated copies come from so somebody might be about to get in huge trouble.
