Bee would still wreck Sasuke, in his chakra cloak forms he can dodge or shed Amaterasu, and in full TB mode he can take on Susanoo. A TBB would take out Sasuke's susanoo easily, and if he did get hit by Amaterasu in TB mode he could easily sub out alive, being the escape artist that he is.

After sasuke realized he could use Amaterasu he negged him. Blaze rease would super beg him. Susanoo would ultra neg him. Even without sufficient training.

Bee was fighting worn out sasuke with no curse mark and no ms abilities until the end of the fight, with the additional condition that he must be captured alive. Plus he countered sasukes lightening by chance so sasuke had next to no Justus due to bad match up.
